Windows 10: Windows 10 working very slowly

sir i am a user of windows 10 pro and i am using it from past 1 year. there was no problem before but from past 1 month i am facing the problem that my computer is responding very slowly and after entering the password in the startup menu it takes almost 50 seconds to open and after the computer is on the apps do not respond. please help me i have a lot of hopes from you. i have tries everything - closed all startup apps, run a virus scan, but no result has come out. please help me. : :

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
