Windows 10: Windows 10 x64, blue screen

Hello,


My computer constantly gets blue screen errors and restarts when I try to download games/software and visit new websites. I've tried reinstalling Windows10 twice using a DVD as well as from the recovery section in the OS. As a result, I get a message saying Windows has been reset but was unable to delete all of your files (I choose the factory reset). I'v tried running diagnostic test, but all of them come back saying everything is working properly.I always keep Windows updates updated as well as the drivers in device manager. But it seems to have made it worse. I just finished resetting the PC a few hours ago and the blue screen came back after about an hour of use. At one point my audio even stopped working. Can someone please help?
