  1. Windows 10 x64 time almost always wrong

I am able to sync to the correct time zone and the time is accurate but after 15-20 minutes the time is just totally off. CMOS battery change didn't help. When doing windows 10 update I get the error '0x80070643'. So I ran the .net framework repair tool and then tried again but still get that error when updating.

Any idea how to fix this?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

Windows Internet time server is wrong

I think the cause of the issue is the faulty Windows Internet time server. Please make Microsoft aware of the issue.

    FYI,

    • It's the first time I encountered the issue.
    • I didn't make any changes to my PC. There was a cumulative update on March 31, but my PC clock was fine afterwards (Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4015438))
    • I'm not getting an error message. The time is wrong.
