Windows 10: Windows 10 x64 Update KB5019959 does not complete

I saw another posting on this issue and wanted to say I have the same issue. Details are as follows:I have been trying many times to install the latest update KB5019959. It downloads and installs, but fails on restart with the error 0x80070003every time.I have run the Windows Update troubleshooter and no problems were found.I have stopped and started the update services through the command prompt as stated in several Microsoft Community PostingsI have run sfc /scannow and no issues were detectedI have run the DISM tools and no issues were found and continued to have the same result.I download

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

TCP connection no longer working after Windows update KB5019959

Hi,

I'm running a server on a Windows 10 machine via IPv6 on a TCP port.

After installing KB5019959 I could no longer connect to it using the devices public IPv6 address.

I tried disabling the Windows firewall completely but still no success.

After uninstalling this specific update, I am again, able to connect to the server but I'd really like to continue updating the machine.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
