Windows 10: Windows 10 - Your Phone - Bluetooth - Poor quality sound out

It has been asked in the past with no comments. 1 year later figured I would ask again.Sad part is they are QUICK to closing down questions and discussions in this "community".Any calls, by my cell phone, with the "Your Phone" app in windows 10 sounds horrible?Tried 2x different phones and both same result. Upgraded bluetooth and still same result.Using headset with both Microsoft Teams and Google Voice and no issues - sounds perfect.Using phone with bluetooth headphons direct... no problems - sounds perfectRun it through Windows 10, "Your Phone" - bad. I hear them perfectly. Sound is cutt

Poor Bluetooth sound quality in Windows 10

The audio quality when using my Bluetooth speakers in Windows 10 is really poor.
The sound glitches, stutters or is choppy. Why is this, and how can I fix it?

2. Are you aware of any changes being made on the PC?
   
3. What is the make and model of the PC?
   

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Run the troubleshooter for Bluetooth.

1. Go to Settings > Updates & Security > Troubleshoot.
   
2. Under Find and fix other problems click on
   Bluetooth.
   
3. Follow the instructions on the troubleshooter.
   

Method 2:



Try updating the Bluetooth drivers. Refer the article to

update drivers in Windows 10.



Also, you can refer the article by Bose on

Bluetooth Poor Sound Quality

I see that some users here are having issues with pairing their phones to their car stereos. Not me. Device paired instantly. However, I do notice that the sound quality is subpar. There's some crackling on high-end sounds. This does not occur when I listen
via headphones. And it's not my car stereo as this did not occur when I used my previous phone (a droid). Anyone else notice the poor sound quality via Bluetooth?
