How do I get rid of Windows 10 forever? And what's a good replacement? I'm sick of wanting to throw my computer through the window. Sick of crying. Sometimes I just need to do something quickly on my computer but there's yet another stupid forced update AND my computer is Soooooooo Sloooowwwww. Why don't I get a choice when to update? The updates always seem to happen at THE MOST inconvenient times and I can't do anything to delay them and it takes so long to install. It seems like I'm updating my computer more often than actually using it. I'm desperate to get rid of Windows 10 but need a good alternative. Any suggestions?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
