Windows 10: Windows 10

My PC with windows 10 is having an issue and won't let me in beyond the lock screen When I hit a key for the sign on screen to come up it just flashes the sign on screen and goes back to the lock screen. In trying to fix this, I am at the option to restore from recovery disk but I find I only have a windows 7 recovery disk I got my windows 10 via the free online upgrade. Is there anything I can do other than reload windows 7 and have to pay for the windows 10 upgrade

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
