Windows 10: windows 10

I still use windows 7 and I know it's nearly at it's end and I will have to purchase win 10 but I've read so many bad reviews on it I am very reluctant to try it , I am 80 years old and find my old brain doesn't take well to technology can anyone give me a bit of hope when it comes to operating windows 10, how difficult is it to understand, windows 7 was so easy, thank you, James Dixon

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
