completely new to building a pc I have search around and cant find a solution to my problem My pc has Intel i9 9900k cpu, geforce 2060 ti rtx gpu turbo, Corsair h100i platinum liquid cooler, 2x 8 gig hyperx fury ram card, On a maximus XI hero motherboard. 500 gig samsung ssd, 6 terabyte hhd seagate barracuda pro. I have installed the os windows 10 on the ssd. It boots fine into windows 10. Its only when i install something that it gives me either a blue screen with the error "critical process error" or a black screen. The monitor doesnt turn itself off when it gives me the black screen

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
