  1. Windows 10

I was prompted to update Windows 10. It took hours to download and when restarted all my settings, bookmarks etc. were removed. My Gmail had been removed and I had to look for my documents and photos. After a few days I was getting everything back the way I wanted and my power went out for a minute or two. When the computer restarted it went back to the way it was right after the installation-no files, bookmarks, Gmail etc. I may be signed in as a "guest" for whatever reason but there is no option for another user... Please Help!

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
