    Hi

I've recently tried to factory reset my MSI pc and it seemed to cause some problems, as it cannot get pass the Windows RE and presumably my Windows 10 is corrupted due to the half failed factory reset.

I've tried all the options to repair the OS but none of them work, including a repair disc which does nothing but asks for a keyboard layout and then goes to WinRE.

Reset this PC - Doesn't Work

Restore to Factory Default - Doesn't Work - This seemed to be the cause of the problem since it is the first think I did

Start Up Repair - Doesn't Work

System Restore - No Restore Points

System Image - Don't have one

SFC/Scannow and DISM on CMD - Doesn't Work

If anyone has any idea on how to fix the OS without me having to buy a new OS that would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    SW

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
