Windows 10: windows 10

I have a HP pavillion gaming laptop and what happens with it is that it's screen randomly go black while i am working on it even when i am writing just on word then also i goes black and then i need to put my laptop into sleep mode using the power key. After going to sleep i again have to wake it up and login into my laptop and after some time it will happen again. I have also updated every driver but still its happening. Also sometimes when it came back all the screen colors are faded.

Also i have got my all laptop internal connections check multiple times and everything is alright inside it also i have performed the full pc reset but still facing this problem.

I don't know how to handle this problem and seriously i am done with this problem it's been more than a year that i am facing this problem. in between that period this problem automatically solved and nothing happened but now since 2 weeks it has again started.


Please Microsoft help me in dealing with this problem.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
