Hello,i was provided a laptop and the laptop is logged in as a "localuser" whenever i try link it with a microsoft account it wont let me also i want to disable anti-virus it wont work does anyone know how to help how do i make another account theres no "family options".

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
