Windows 10: Windows 10

Hi, I am using Windows 10 32bit, and I tried downloading the 64bit version but didn't have enough space. I deleted a couple of files and changed the administrator which later resulted into me not being able to open up settings or windows start menu or search box. I'm not able to personalize my background, there is no app associated with that, and I tried creating new users but the after "Almost there" text, the screen just keeps black with mouse and the only account I cam enter is the one with corrupted files. I tried downloading new windows again but after hours it came out just to say

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
