I have a acer laptoppreinstalled windows 10 in that i have norton which came preinstalled but i already have quickheal subscriptioni had done a reset on my pc and as my pc came preinstalled with norton but i have a subscription of quickheal so after i uninstalled norton it asks for a restart to complete the uninstall process So after the restart and logging into windows there a pop up of a small black screen for about a less than a second i think it had two tabs and it was a cmd pop up. So i contacted the support and they told to run reset i did and then the same folowed i had t
