Windows 10: Windows 10

Olá pessoal, preciso de uma ajuda, pois já tentei de tudo e não deu certo. Eu tenho um DELL XPS com Windows 10 instalado. O que está acontecendo é que quando ligo a máquina, ela não sai da tela inicial aquela com a foto hora e data, além de não habilitar o teclado a única coisa que funciona é o mouse. Já tentei de tudo F8, shift + F12, F2, F7, F9, criei uma unidade de recuperação em outro PC em um HD externo e também em um CD e nada. Alguém, por favor, teria alguma solução. Muito obrigado!

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
