    Hi AllI had a tune-up on my windows 10 pc yesterday. The technician said that when deleting programs go through control panel to delete and not to use the APPS uninstall in the settings. HE SAID that the APPS shortcut does not get all of the program components.IS this true? If so what is the purpose of the APPS section then?Thank You
