Windows 10: Windows 100 Update Error 0x8007000d

I am getting the error message "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: 0x8007000d" when I check for Windows 10 updates. The problem started yesterday, 8/21/2023. I'm running Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2, OS build 19045.3391. I've tried some of the suggestions from a similar problem posted on 3/8/2022 but they haven't worked.

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?

You know, perhaps, when you write software updates, you consider resolving this issue
BEFORE allowing users to waste their time and data (money) on the update which will fail as a direct result of the system not being ready for the update.
