Windows 10: Windows 10's menus will flicker and slowly become unresponsive after exiting fullscreen

Hello, I've decided to post here just in case until tomorrow to see if this is resolved anytime soon but I thought I would ask here.


If I play a game, such as HITMAN 2, it launches in fullscreen on my television, so it changes modes to what needs to to be done to suit the resolution and what not the game was given. That's fine, until you alt tab. If you alt tab, you have a 90% chance of having the bug occur so that every menu flickers uncontrollably, and your system comes to a crawl. You'll notice you have the bug when your icons, for example the "ENG" button, starts flickering. Then, open task manager and enjoy the free seizure. I've tried resetting explorer.exe, that fixed nothing either, usually fixes some glitches with the menus.


I have no clue what's causing this. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my display adaptor and reinstalled it all, I've even been asked by an adviser to do an "in-place upgrade", and so I did, and the issue persists. Borderless fixes this, but for now any game that launches in full screen has a possibility of forcing me to sign out or restart my system every time I accidentally alt tab. This isn't including alt tabbing, even if it launches in full screen it's game over, because exiting the game through the menus or task manager causes the issue. I'll contact an adviser again tomorrow to see if this can come to a resolve.

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
