    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    PC crashes and restarts 10x a day. Yes it's 14900KF: Bios is updated F11 on Z790 GAMING X AX. What do I do to prevent it from crashing? It crashes weather it's idle or being worked. Just black screen and restart outa nowhere. Computer is brand new...
