Backup Size 0 Bytes?

Hi! I have a Windows 10 on a Lenovo Flex 14. For the past couple of months I have not been able to make any successful backups, because every time I try to make a backup, the system says that my backup size is 0 byte. Now:

- I have tried using different backup drives and they all have plenty of space

- I have tried using file history to create a restoration point but it wouldn't let me do that either

- I have scanned the system using sfc /scannow and the message said that Windows has "successfully repaired the corruption" but the backup still doesn't work

- I have removed the folders and re-added them to the backup settings

Why can't Windows recognize that my folders has so much more than 0 bytes to back up?

Windows 10 Backup - 0 bytes

I have been trying to setup Windows 10 Backup for some time now without success. I have tried to select various drives, all with same issue. In Backup Settings, I see the Overview with Size of Backup (0 Bytes), total space on network disk (Z 2.72 TB (there
is 1.7 TB left), and a message saying Backing up your data. I also see that the File History says ON and a message saying 'Saving copies of your files for the first time'.

Sometimes, the message on Backup Options says 'Your data is not yet backed up', and I have to press the Backup Now button again. I tried to use a different drive, but no difference.

On the destination disk, I see a Configuration folder and a data folder. The data folder is empty. In the Configuration folder, I see 2 XML and 1 EDB file (1,024KB). On a different Windows 10 computer which is backing up on the same drive (different computer
name), I see 2 EDB files (11,264 KB each) and 60 GB in the Data folder.
