Windows 10: Windows 11/10 won't Install

New build pc running great for 6 months have a 4090 and i9-14900k I changed the virtual memory setting one day to help with a game to stop it from crashing however after doing so everything started crashing so I switched it back to automatic and it kept crashing. Everywhere I looked said it could be corrupt files and I had a similar problem on one of my old computers and reinstalling windows was the trick that fixed it however when I tried to reinstall windows it wouldn't stop crashing and I couldn't ever get it reinstalled tried 5 separate usbs with windows 11 and 10 nothing worked. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
