Windows 10: Windows 11 - 100% CPU usage

Hi there, I'm running Windows 11 and experiencing 100% CPU usage. I've tried the following: - malware scan - virus scan - Windows updates - driver updates - closing various tasks that are runningEven when no programs are open e.g. browser, Outlook, etc. it shows as 100% and the fan is running hard. Tasks like Task Manager, Desktop Windows Manager, etc. all seem to scale to and make it at 100%. When I look at Details tab of Task Manager the System Idle Process is varying from 60-99%. Thoughts? Thanks!

2) Establish a Clean Boot to see if that resolves it:

3) Run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11:

4) If that doesn't fix it then you can do a Windows 11 Repair Upgrade which reinstalls Windows while saving your files and apps in place, brings it up to the latest version by the most stable method, takes about an hour and resolves most problems: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/repair-install-wi...

cpu usage at 100%

CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

Any suggestions?

I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

Thanks for your suggestions unfortunately, this didnt changed anything.

Shows still 100% CPU usage. Maybe i will change back to Windows 10 and wait a bit longer before upgrading to 11.
