Windows 10: Windows 11 100% SSD usage only when installing somewhat large programs

Hello, I've been having many issues when installing large programs. The entire OS will freeze indefinitely, forcing me to hard reboot the computer to get back. I have used SFC which says nothing is wrong, a full reset, and more. I have tried to use DISM, but it gets stuck at 62.3%. I have used HD Tune, CrystalDiskInfo and my SSDs software and they all say my SSD is at 91% health. When I install something over around 10GB it will gradually rise until it is at 100% disk usage and that is when it fully freezes. Is there any way to fix this? My specs are:RTX 2060 GPUAMD Ryzen 7 2700 CPU16GB total

100% disk usage on Windows 10

I have been having 100% disk usage off and on for several months. I have tried all steps from every suggestion I can find and nothing resolves the issue. I finally reset to a fresh install of Windows (wiping out all of my files and programs). Here I am
with nothing on this computer, two programs open (Task Manager and Chrome), bouncing between 22-100% disk usage. Please help! I'm at my wits end! I have a Intel Core i7-7500 CPU @ 2.75 GHz, 2tb hard drive and 16 GB RAM

 

Windows 10 & 11 idle high ssd usage and high cpu usage

My laptop is msi gl65 9scxr (now 6 months old)

• i5 9300h
  
• gtx 1650
  
• 16GB ddr4
  
• 512GB Kingston OM8PCP3512F-Al1 m.2 nvme ssd( shipped with laptop) (contains C drive and D drive)
  
• 512GB addlink SATA ssd
  

I have problem with the high reads and writes in Kingston(windows installed on it) . When not doing anything for like 5-4 minutes laptops all the fans kick up and CPU get 100% and SSD constantly write and read at high usages. it usually writes 20-30 GB every day when idling . If i click mouse or interreact with laptop it goes to normal. if i get the idle process running and it automatically get cool down after some time but it writes and reads GBs of SSD. If i interact with the laptop while that idle usage happening then it starts after when i next time keep the pc idling. It happens everyday when i turn on laptop .I it a pain that SSD also kills it life time ware.

When i get the laptop there was no windows installed to it. So i installed windows 10 to it. After 3 months i try to monitor SSD written TB via crystal disk info. for 3 months its usage was 3.1TB and 98% health. so i concerned it and every day i monitored its activity. so nothing happen it usually high SSD usages. I tried clean Windows 11, upgrade 10 to 11, nothing happens. problem exists.

I tried all methods to save SSD like,

• disable SuperFetch
  
• disable search index
  
• disable automatically windows updates
  
• disable other apps automatically updates
  

etc...

How to slove this problem? This is a pain to me...........
