Windows 10: Windows 11 21H2 stuttering

Hi, i created this post to look after a fix for my problems. basically i started having stuttering in all programs, even on desktopdraging my mouse side to side, it jumped or skiped a few centimeters of screen at a time. it happens to me every 10 seconds or so. i don't notice any report from the games fps counter o gpu latency, also Radeon Adrenalin software doesn't catch any peak at ram or any bottle neck. My task managger looks fine, nothing out of normal. Even writting this post makes my pc stutter. i didn't have a blue screen or any report from windows recently. i hadn't add any program

Windows 11 Stuttering

Every now and then Windows will start to stutter. My mouse will stutter, my audio will cutout, and any applications will also stutter. Seems to happen more when gaming, but does happen when there is no gaming. I've tried reinstalling Windows. Tried running with minimal applications installed. I've tried cleaning and reseating all components (dimms, GPU, etc...). There are no spikes in CPU, RAM, or DISK activity. I see nothing in the System even log during the stuttering.

This was never a problem when I was running Windows 10. I have not tried installing Windows 10 however.

Anyone got any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Windows 11 compatible but not even offered 21H2??

I have an HP desktop PC and a DELL laptop and both are suitable for Windows 11 although it has not been offered as yet. Both machines have received the latest Windows updates and are on Windows 10 version 21H1 build 1288.

1. I am not interested in upgrading to Windows 11 but, if the machines are suitable for Windows 11, why aren’t my machines being offered the upgrade to version 21H2?
2. Are there issues with 21H2 that caused Microsoft to put an upgrade block on it?
3. I am happy with version 21H1 and I assume I will not be offered the upgrade to Windows 11 until version 21H2 is installed. Am I right in this assumption?

Beeping and stuttering performance on Windows 11

I'm having the same issue, though I've got an Intel 11th Gen I7 processor with 64GB RAM and SSD drive. Had it on my previous laptop that only had 16GB RAM and thought this new laptop has more than enough resources, so it's something else. Microsoft Windows is such a resource hog!

Any ideas? I've already tried all of the various "stuttering" and "Stuttering mouse" suggestions.
