Windows 10: Windows 11 22/23H2 HAGS BROKEN AGAIN.

Good morning everyone, lately with the latest Nvidia drivers probably the oldest too some users with certain configurations are experiencing gaming problems regarding fps fluctuations especially when in the latter case VSYNC is used or if you have overlays in the background for tracking hardware statistics, such as HWINFO or MSI Afterburner. In my case, by disabling HAGS from the Windows graphics settings, every problem is solved. Always with the release of larger releases this software component always breaks in some way or in rare cases with cumulative updates, affecting a lot of people,

Cannot install Windows 11 23H2

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2

Windows 11 23H2 upgrade broke File Explorer, it will not run

Good news!

Problem seems to be fixed by 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190) update released 11/14 that I installed on 11/15. In the Knowledge Base notes is the following under File Explorer:

• This update addresses an issue that stops File Explorer from opening.
  

It worked for me, no longer have any problems, no need to re-install (somehow I couldn't roll back 23H2 update and had no recovery point before that time).
