background: laptop has wifi ics internet connection, desktop is connected to laptop through lan.after installing this update, machine that has shared connection enabled experience network issues.1. some applications that depend on winSock2? keep hanging on startup before showing any gui or block like, vmWare, firefox.2. browsers edge, chrome are able to open only www.google.com search without any restrictions. any other site keep page hanging on start of loading it. by disabling ics on shared connection, site instantly loads in browser.3. by uninstalling update to 22000.[739-&

Cannot access shared network drive

I could scream! so much time wasted on this stupid error, as if time is not precious enough!
It probably would work fine if I could see the other computer! But I cannot see the other computer!
