Windows 10: Windows 11 22H2 and PaperCut server

Hello everyone,I'm facing an issue with my Windows 11 machines 22H2/22H3 and a Shared printer installed on a PaperCut on-premises server. I deploy the shared printer via PrintDeploy which is working really great. But the problem I'm facing is for an unknown reason, the laptops will not recognize the Ricoh driver anymore and prompt the user to re-install it. This is happening randomly and I don't know which logs to refer to. When I go to printer properties I got the following message. I don't understand why this prompt appears cause the driver has been installed already but a some point I have

Cannot update Windows 11 to build 22h2

Need more help than support web site offers. I would like to update a Windows Pro 21h2 to 22h2.

I've tried every suggestion at Troubleshoot problems updating Windows - Microsoft Support short of "Perfrom a clean installation of Windows 11." That list is comprehensive and includes everything I would have thought of on my own and then some. None of the troubleshooting suggestions solved the problem. The system in question is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M90n desktop running Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2.

In addition to all the steps at the above link, I've also tried installing by using Windows 11 Installation Assistant. Installation Assistant downloads and goes through the long installation process. But then very shortly after the reboot starts, it says, "Undoing changes" and boots back into the old build.

 

2 time servers in windows 11 22h2

My firewall syncs time with ntp.org pools and has zero issues doing so.

Windows 10 used this setup for years and no issues

I recently upgraded to windows 11 22h2

At the admin cmd I am configure to use my firewall (by IP address) to sync time

At the admin cmd and the date and time control panel applet this works and is reflected accurately

Within the windows 11 settings app, the time server shows time.google.com and it fails to sync always of course as I have the ntp protocol internet block at the firewall

I turned off the UtilizeSslTimeData "feature" which is no feature at all but a future problem to deal with specifically on servers (what is MS thinking in doing this very in-accurate way of time syncing?)

Turning off UtilizeSslTimeData had no noticeable effect on these two places to view time servers.

All Windows 10 left in my environment do not have this issue.

All Windows 11 in my environment DO have this issue.

All Windows 11 are showing the correct time as my firewall does not fail to respond

All Windows 11 are showing sycn failure in the settings app because time.google.com is blocked at my firewall.

I do not understand WHERE the settings app is getting it's time server config. when I have used w32tm to manually sync the peers list and it works 100% fine.

Does anyone know where the time server shown in the settings app is stored? I need to change or delete it.

 

Where can I view a copy of Windows 11 22H2 EULA

I've been given a task at work to find various licenses for specific versions of Windows products, for example:

• Microsoft Office 2021 version 2108
  
• Windows 11 22h2
  
• etc
  

I used Copilot which suggested that there might be a difference between the sub versions for Windows 11.

Do you know if Microsoft keep a repository of licenses and their associated software versions for their products?
