Windows 10: Windows 11 22H2 KB5030310 Issues so far

Hello,I have found several issues so far with this update . Please fix asap:1.AMD Adrenalin Graphics Drivers 23.9.3, gpu tuning options will reset on every reboot.2.Razer Mice using 2.4Ghz wireless mode experience a lot of random mice movements and missclicks, no issues on Bluetooth so far. I am using Razer Orochi V2.3.Unable to remove update via dism, getting Error: 0x800f08254.The new setting "combine taskbar buttons and labels" doesn't work until restart.5.Notifications in system tray are turned off but I still see the notification counter 0. It doesn't make sense.

2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview KB5030310 For Windows 11 Version 22H2 Is Now Available!

I keep getting this while trying to download the update:

"2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) Download error - 0x8007000b"

Is this a known issue?

 

Install Error 0x800700 for 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310)

I'm getting the Install Error 0x8007002 when I try to install 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310). I ran sfc/scannow in the cmd admin and it appears to have fixed some curruped files, but I still have the same issue can anyone help?

No, there is nothing new on the system. Windows updates are all in up to KB5030310.

Considering that the problem shows up when KB5030310 is installed and disappears when it is uninstalled points, I think, that there is some problem with this update on my system.

The question is - are there any similar reports of other users? What can I do? Obviously, I will not be able to install Win11 23H2 until KB5030310 is installed first and working.
