Windows 10: Windows 11 22h2 latest update march 3 2023, problems in explorer, it doesnt refresh...

Hello I had windows 11 installed on my PC since before it was released, Downloaded from a Dump Server UDP, It was running smooth with only the explorer not refreshing automaticaly problem, It was upgraded from windows 10. I wanted to make it faster and fix the explorer bug last week so I downloaded from microsoft the new 22H2 and made a clean instalation of windows 11, but I notice the problem still there and with way more bugs in it, Now the it kinds of refresh by reseting the File explorer as if I just open that folder. If I have 200 files in a folder and Im in the middle of that folder an

Been trying to update 2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845) and 2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497) on windows 11 pc and it keeps saying error I need help

 

Windows Explorer refuses to refresh Explorer

I have had this problem and so have lots of other people. None of the suggested solutions I found on the internet had anything other than a temporary effect. The problem eventually went away of its own accord but still rears its ugly head from time to time. I only kept a few links on the subject -

When the problem reappears, I restart the computer. If that does not resolve matters then I accept the situation and don't waste my time chasing non-solutions. You might wish to consider adopting the same approach.
