Windows 10: Windows 11 22H2 Screen Cast Banner Not Showing Up

Hi, there should be a bar/banner like this appear at the top of screen when casting to a wireless display.However, it doesn't show up at both my PC and Surface Laptop 5. I tried reconnect multiple times and still the same.The casting function is basically unusable without this banner since the default streaming quality is too high, the latency is unacceptable IMO.I need to reduce the streaming quality by the gear icon on the banner. Please help.

How to cast media in windows 11 whilst Surface screen is off

Hello,

If I have a media file, for example in Media Player (on 22H2), and I can cast it to a TV.

But, how do I keep the media casting whilst I turn off the screen (aka push the power button on the Surface aka "sleep")

Otherwise, the device is powering the screen and wasting even more battery...
