Windows 10: Windows 11 - 22H2 Update Caused System to get Stuck on Pick an OS

The problem is that when I was updating to Windows 11 22H2, my computer restarted to complete the update. Instead of the familiar, "Updating. Please do not turn off your computer" I was greeted with a boot option screen, that consisted of "Windows Rollback", "Windows 11" - Volume 2, another "Windows 11" - Volume 2 and an options link, that allows me to troubleshoot. However, troubleshoot only consists of "Change UEFI Hardware Settings". I am currently downloading a Windows and putting it onto a USB to troubleshoot and try to fix the problem. Windows 11 22H2 on my Windows 11

Hi - my Dell XPS 15 7590 originally came with Windows 10 but I upgraded to Windows 11 without problems. Now running Windows 11 21H2 OS Build 22000.1098

Windows update is not offering me Windows 11 22H2 to download/install.

My Windows Registry does not seem to have any reference to '"DestBuildNum, UpEx, UpExU, and RedReason" keys.

Is there some incompatibility with my system that is stopping Windows Update from offering me 22H2?

I'm also registered for Windows Insider and that does offer me an Insider version of 22H2.

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

Windows 11 update 22H2 stuck on downloading 99%/100%

Hey there, Today morning I received update notification about Windows 11 22H2 update as Insider Preview,

I clicked on download and install, it started downloading update, it got stuck on 99%,
Still 1 hour after it was showing 99% and consuming data (I guess still downloading).
I tried clicking 'pause for 1 week' and again clicking on 'resume' it got stuck 100%.
then I tried to Clean the downloaded update by using Disk Cleanup utility,

Again after starting update from 0, It is now 2nd time still stuck on 99% (I confirmed no network connection Disruptions this time)
can you guys suggest any solutions for this?
