Windows 10: Windows 11 23.04.2024 update - File explorer address bar has disappeared

After the update from 04.23.2024 Windows 23H2, the address bar disappeared. Tabs are also not displayed when you click the "+" sigHow can I fix it?

How to have full path always show in Address bar in file explorer?

You can change the Windows 11 File Explorer address bar to show the full file path by following these steps:

1. Open File Explorer.
   
2. Click on the three-dot menu icon located at the top right of the window.
   
3. Click on 'Options'.
   
4. In the 'Folder Options' window that appears, go to the 'View' tab.
   
5. In the 'Advanced settings' list, find and check the 'Display the full path in the title bar' option.
   
6. Click 'Apply', then 'OK'.

Address Bar does not appear in File Explorer.

Exactly as it appears in the title, I have attempted fixes from StackExchange, but it has turned up with nothing. Using Windows 11 Home 23H2 22635.3420, and StartAllBack 3.7.7.

 

File explorer items disappearing in windows 11

Items in any folder in file explorer disappear all at once during loading and appear only when hovering over them. With them, left bar is also disappeared. It's a windows 11 and all updates are done.
