Windows 10: Windows 11 23H2 battery showing 0%

I started noticing a new problem with my Asus ROG and the battery, using 23H2. From what I remember, I've never run into this problem before. I did a fresh / clean install of 23H2. For whatever reason, it's saying that I have 0% battery life and that it is 'charging' when I open the battery settings. If I pull the cord out, it tells me the battery is at 0% percent. When I hover over the battery in the bottom right corner, it just shows a small 'box' with nothing in it.So far, I've had 23H2 installed for about a week. The previous version of windows, I never ran into this before. Reinstalled

Cannot install Windows 11 23H2

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2

I have two desktops that were not getting 23H2 so I, as suggested, tried turning off the Get latest updates switch and mine immediately showed 23H2 available.
