    Windows 11 23H2 driver installation issue for HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw


    I am experiencing the same issue with driver installation for MFP M227fdw on Windows 11 23H2. i have two tickets the printer cannot be found after the full package driver installation. i finally added the printer and the scanner works but the printer doesn't work. i have talked with several colleagues who faced the same issue with 23H2. i tried HP Print Doctor and also HP Smart and they could not resolve the issue. is there anyone who faced the same issue?

    Printing problem with HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw

    I have the exact same problem in every way. Please note the M177fw is what I started out with. The driver update gave me the M177 PCLmS entries below. I now have the following printers in my computer, as a result of trying to download the drivers and software:
