Windows 10: Windows 11.23H2 in-place upgrade SCCM task sequence

We are working on windows 10 to windows 11.23h2 in-place upgrade using SCCM task sequence, recent issues that we are facing is after "upgrade operating system" step device get rebooted and went to blue screenBSOD - 0xc000000f and ask user to press F9 to continue with different OS but load windows 11 and this is happening at each reboot, we have updated the drivers & BIOS but issue is still same.what could be reason? and what is the best way to handle driver update before or during "Upgrade operating system step" for multiple models.----Update26-JuneRecently, I asked our IT team to re-

That will work indeed, however I need to run it from the SCCM Task Sequence's Run Command Line Step and I am not able to figure out how to do that.

Can we change line while executing command from SCCM Task Sequence's Run Command Line Step?

Unable to import task sequence for x64 to in-place upgrade to Windows 10 by task sequence.

I am trying Windows-10 In-Place upgrade by downloading the task sequence from the below Microsoft website and following the steps as mentioned in the site (Below is the link which I am referring to )

I am able to successfully import the task sequence for Windowsx86, but when I am trying to import the same task sequence for x64, it's tries replace the exiting package (TS)

• Is it possible to rename the package name in the script, if possible please let me know how to do this
• After the windows10 migration, administrator account is disabled and not able to login to the system. What would be the solution for this ?

 

Windows 11 inplace upgrade

I'm attempting an in-place upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using an SCCM Task Sequence. However, during the process, when the Task Sequence restarts the laptop for the first step, it fails at the 'Running action: Partition Disk 0 (UEFI)' step. The laptop model is an HP Probook 440 G10 with an Intel i7 processor. I suspect it might be related to a BIOS setting, but I'm having trouble identifying the exact issue. I've attached the error message and log information for reference. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
