    windows 11 23h2 installation stuck at 27% in getting updates


    i've been trying to install windows 11 on my laptop and each time it always gets stuck at 27% in the getting updates: checking for updates part.i have tried the windows update troubleshooter, and i have also used the net stop & net start method for wuauserv, cryptsvc, bits and msiserver. it hasn't changed anything.i am installing from the iso available in the microsoft website, x64 and english us language.

    How to get and install KB5027397: Feature Update to Windows 11, version 23H2

    Windows update currently does not list "Feature Update to Windows 11, Version 23H2". How can I get and install it?

    Cannot install Windows 11 23H2

    The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

    Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

    • 22000.xxx is 21H2
    • 22621.xxx is 22H2
    • 22631.xxx is 23H2
    Your system is fully up-to-date. What else you're looking for?

    A problem with the Windows 11 23H2 update.

    I have a problem with the Windows 11 23H2. The download and install went fine as it was completed. However during upgrading to Windows 11, the screen gets stuck at 48%. I left it for 1 hour and the screen is still stuck, it was connected to the charger. So I shut down my laptop and it went back to Windows 10 22H2. I need to know what to do in order for my screen NOT to get stuck and get the update done.
