Windows 10: Windows 11 23H2 - KB5033375 - Power Pane of Settings app Not Tracking/Reporting Battery Level

Since installing the Windows 11 23H2 KB5033375 on an HP laptop, I have noticed that the Power pane within the Settings app is not tracking/reporting the battery level correctly. Resulting in unexpected system shutdowns. As I am unable to determine the battery level. In addition, the system is not enabling Battery Saver of any warningsI have tested the HP battery using various HP system tools - the Support Assistant, System Diagnostics and the UFEI versions. Nothing is being detected that is wrong with the battery.The laptop using the latest drivers and BIOS. I have checked.I have shut the

Battery power level 40/80 Windows 11

How can I set the battery power level of my laptop running Windows 11, when plugged in, to a specified range (e.g. 40%-80%) in order to extend the battery power life? I could do that in Windows 10. Thanks.

 

Battery level issue

Hi Matt, Go to Control Panel - Power Options Click Power Plan Options on your Current Power Plan Click 'Change Advanced Power Settings In the resulting Dialog at the bottom of the list, expand the 'Batteries' section Change the value for Critical Battery
Level and Low Battery Level Make sure Low Battery Notification is set to ON

 

Windows 11 keeps asking to restart after installing Update Version 23H2

I have Windows 11.



I installed: 2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033375) but my machine was not stable and kept going to debugging mode. I had to do a restore point to a couple of days earlier.



Since then I keep getting the following message:



2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033375) --Pending restart



I have restarted machine many times but it keeps asking to restart.



What should I do?
