    Windows 11 23H2 "something didn't go as planned no need to worry undoing changes"...


    I've been trying to update my Windows 11 from 22H2 to 23H2 but I always get the message "something didn't go as planned no need to worry undoing changes". I tried troubleshooting, repairing Windows 11 and many other methods, but none of them worked. When trying to setup Windows 11 on my computer with the Windows 11 Installation Assistant I eventually get this message: "Setup has encountered a critical error" "Error code: 0x80070003 - 0x40008"Setup logs: SetupLogs.zip

    I keep getting "Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry-undoing changes." when trying to apply update.

    I have a Windows Surface Laptop 4 and I am on Windows 11. When trying to install this update

    2024-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034204)

    I am getting the following message:

    "Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry-undoing changes. Please keep your computer on."

    I have tried this update 3 times already to no success.
