Windows 10: windows 11 23H2 unable to re-boot

My windows 11 version 23H2 unable to re-boot or restart whenever I tried to re-boot or restart it but it is able to start once I completely shut it down and restart it again. It is only when I choose the re-boot option in the windows option that it failed to re-boot. What could be the problem and any workaround is really helpful since I can't figure out what is wrong with my PC. I am trying to turn ON the memory integrity option in core isolation menu device security which I am able to turn ON but windows need to re-boot in order for the changes to take effect but whenever I click on the re

I suggest you check if you are able to boot into Windows Recovery Environment using installation media. Follow the steps provided below and check.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
  • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.

Check if you are able to boot to this window. If you are unable to boot to this window, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer and check.
