Windows 10: windows 11 23H2 uninstall latest quality update fails

hi,I'm stuck in the windows update loop which is caused by an Windows Update in some articles. This error seems only to appear when win11 installed in a VM like I have done.One solution I found is to uninstall the latest quality or feature updates. like described inhttps://www.thewindowsclub.com/uninstall-latest-quality-or-feature-updateBut after running this after some seconds I get the error"we ran into a problem" and won't be able to uninstall the latest quality update of Windows"The same error rises for quality and feature update.In windows update history I see many updates but can't figur

After booting my hp laptop there was this loop saying repairing disk error this might take over an hour . So I tried uninstalling latest quality update , but not my pc is stuck for several hours in uninstalling latest quality update

My laptop had a windows update failure and it is not starting up. I wanted to uninstall latest quality update but it kept on saying that my password is incorrect. How to uninstall it? Please help.

 

Windows 11 fails to find 23H2 update

Got new laptop. It came with Win 11 pro 22h2. It fails to upgrade to 23H2. Is there way to get it without using win 11 image and technically reinstalling windows?

Does MS bothered by failed updates delivery? I seen few threads on the subject so my impression it is common issue. Tried all solutions apart from running image of 23H2 and reinstalling Windows. Not working.

all latest updates , drivers etc. are on board. Only thing is it sits in 22H2.

It not really bothering me since i don't see any value delivered with 23H2, but how it can be resolved without clean system install. In the past you could download update assistant for win 10 and get it. There was option to get standalone updates too in the past.

My question is: What are my options to do it without risking clean install of the system?
