Windows 10: Windows 11 23H2 update created new account during start-up i could not remove

Dear friends,I have been loggining to my Windows 11 since its release using my only Microsoft account. It's still there.But since I upgraded to 23H2 i noticed another account seems local account with the same name appeared on the startup and trying to log in by default. With fail. So the very first screen I see after starting my PC is failed attemp to login to this local account.I have no accounts listed in Settings.And also nothing like that in cmd.How do i effectively remove extra account?

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

It is also possible that account profile exceptions may prevent some of the new features from working.

Try checking if the new features are available under a new local account.

If the "other features" you mentioned cover almost all of the features that should be available in Windows 11 23H2 and the situation remains the same under the new local account, we recommend trying to perform an "In-place Upgrade" using a system image of Windows 11 23H2.
