Windows 10: Windows 11 23H2 update on Fujitsu

I have a Fujitsu LIFEBOOK A3511 laptop, which runs Windows 11. After the 23H2 update, nothing has changed, that is, I have no AI copilot or other features. Also, Fujitsu's DeskUpdate displays an error when running, saying that this system is not compatible. Until now I used only Windows 11 and it worked. Do you know what could be causing this and what I can do?

Cannot install Windows 11 23H2

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2
  

Your system is fully up-to-date. What else you're looking for?

Updating to Windows 11 23H2

If you have 'Get the latest updates as soon...' switch On in Windows update page then turn that Off and try Check for updates

to see if W.U. find 23H2 as advised in this thread.
