Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2 26100.4702 Constantly Failing OS Updates and Changes

Hello :As mentioned, I am on Windows 11 24H2 26100.4702.The problem is that every time I try to update the operation system, install a component such as .NET framework or even trying to add a new Windows functionality e.g. Windows Sandbox or the Windows Subsystem for Linux the operations fail.I can install new software but this softlock is kind of annoying.What I already tried:scripts to clean Windows Update cacheofficial Microsoft .NET troubleshooter toolsthe Windows embedded troubleshooteroffline installersonline installerscommands via console terminal in admin moderecently I even reinst
