Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2 ARM-processor printing problems

I just bought a brand new Windows Surface Laptop PC+Co-pilot with Windows 11 Snapdragon ARM processor. I am currently running Windows 11 Home 24H2. I cannot get my HP printer to connect regardless of what method I try. The system will error out or it will delete my prints in the queue or it will just time out. I have tried 3 different printers. I am stuck dead in the water with no support. I have tried to return the computer however Microsoft will not contact me back. What are we supposed to do? Print requests in Windows 11, version 24H2, remain stuck as “pending”

I have been unable to print since installing Windows 11, version 24H2. The print requests remain stuck in the print queue and are listed as “pending”.

 

Copilot+ pc Windows 11 24H2 for Arm

If I buy a Copilot+ pc and buy a larger Nvme ssd, how to I install Windows 24H2 on the new ssd? 24H2 for Arm does not appear to be available for the Windows Media Creation tool.
