Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2: Desktop icons move themselves after turning on/off monitor

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 11 24H2, I have a problem where desktop icons rearrange themselves after turning on/off my monitor. They always move themselves to a specific location, even though it is very random.List of things I tried:1. Restarting obviously2. Uninstalling and reinstalling AMD Graphics Drivers3. System File Checker4. Deleting icon cache I can't erase all the files related to that, though5. Unchecking "Allow themes to change desktop icons order"6. Unchecking "Organize icons automatically"7. Desktop Icon Keeps On Moving

I see. I was using a 23" monitor before and the highest resolution was below 1080p so I guess windows remembers that monitors resolution right? I have tried de.das.dude suggestion, but everytime I turn off the computer after arranging the icons it goes back to misarranging the icons.

 

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.
