Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2 Failed errors 0x8007001F 0x80242016 - Incomplete & Duplicate Profiles

Error code 0X8007001f

I followed the steps but I got the same error message as I got when I tried the suggestion of DaveM121 -- 0x8007001F-0x20006

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the REPLICATE_OC operation.

After months of troubles in updating 21H2 to 22H2, trying several solutions (all those here above), I finally solved using SetupDiag. In its output Logs.zip->setupact.log found this error message:
MigPlatformStartupOnline caught exception: Win32Exception: Duplicate profile detected for S-1-5-21-24609703xxxxx-1306048664-1004. Abandoning ....
I fix it following this post:

I wonder why Microsoft doesn't report the error in some way, the system always showed only a generic fail or sometimes an error 0x8007001f
