    Dear Microsoft,I wish to tender a few situations am experiencing ever since I upgraded to windows 11 version 24H2 on the 25th of December 2024.1. Keyboard does not work properly: After the upgrade, installed the first version windows update with the name "Windows 11 Insider Preview 27773.1000 rs_prerelease", it took about a month before it could download and install, in a way that when it got to 100% it won't install, after several tryings it successfully installed, after that, whenever I boot up my pc, when it gets to windows boot and login screen, my
