Windows 10: windows 11 24h2 update error 0x800703f8

I have Windows 11 ProVersion 10.0.22631Every time i try to install the the new update 24h2 and gives me the same error every time 0x800703f8I tried every solution i could found on the internet 1- Troubleshooter 2- SFC3-DISM4- reset windows update components , rename softwaredistribution and catroot2 folders 5-update Bios nothing worked !!! any help because i don`t want to make a clean installing from the beginning !

Hi I was on my computer the other day and have noticed that the speed of the PC has rapidly decreased. I thought I sould update as that may be the issue and when I went to update it game me the Error 0x800703f8.
