Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2 Update Error 0xC1900101-0x40017

Hello,I am getting an error when trying to update Windows 11 to 24H2 via Windows Update and in-place upgrade. 0xC1900101-0x40017The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation.I've: Run sfc /scannow and the DISM commandsUninstalled CrowdstrikePerformed a clean boot by disabling all the non-Microsoft services in System Configuration and turned all of the startup programs in Task ManagerRan the Windows Update TroubleshooterI'm out of ideas and any help would be appreciated. This is a newer Lenovo laptop with 12th Gen i7, 32 GB of RAM, and plenty of free space

Windows 10 Update Error 0xC1900101 - 0x40017

I got rid of all my virus protection and I tried again, but now I have windows defender on there (built into Windows 10) I don't even know how it works on windows 7. I cant get rid of it and I tried installing windows 10 again, but no use.
